build practical mindset skills in non-therapeutic, coaching-focused way. 

"Little Whispers"

5 -7 years

"Little Whispers"

 

Description:
Our youngest learners begin their journey with this fun, introductory programme. Our interactive activities will help them recognize and express emotions, develop basic social skills, and build early self-confidence. Activities include games, storytelling, role-play, and simple mindfulness exercises.

Structure:

  • Duration: 8 weeks

  • Session Length: 30–40 minutes

  • Format: Storytelling, movement, art, and play-based activities   

Core Focus:

  • Emotional awareness and regulation

  • Positive self-talk and inner dialogue

  • Communication and empathy

  • Mindfulness and coping with small challenges

7-10 years

Description: 

This group focuses on developing critical thinking, problem-solving, and early resilience skills. Through interactive workshops, children learn to set small goals, manage emotions, and practice assertive communication.

Structure:

  • Duration: 8 weeks

  • Session Length: 40–50 minutes

  • Format: storytelling, practical exercises, fun and creative games and group discussions

Core Focus: 

  • Social awareness and empathy

  • Resilience and perseverance

  • Motivation, habits, and basic goal setting

  • Mindfulness and stress management

Description:

Pre-teens deepen self-awareness and develop stronger emotional regulation, cognitive skills, and self-confidence. Activities include reflective exercises, group problem-solving, and practical goal setting to foster independence and a growth mindset.

Structure:

  • Duration: 8 weeks

  • Session Length: 50–60 minutes

  • Format: Interactive workshops, reflection exercises, group challenges, and CBC-based games

Core Focus:

  • Thought awareness and Mindset map

  • Emotional intelligence and peer relationships

  • Resilience and coping strategies

  • Motivation/self-discipline/heathy study habits

Description: Older adolescents face heightened pressures from school, social media, and future planning. This program equips youth with advanced coaching tools for strengthening confidence, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.

Structure:

  • Duration: 8 weeks

  • Session Length: 60 minutes

  • Format: Workshops, interactive exercises, real-life / role-play scenarios, peer discussions, CCP board game.

Core Focus:

  • Emotional regulation and self-awareness

  • Resilience, stress management, mindfulness

  • Motivation, self-discipline, and SMART tool

  • Independence/leadership/responsibility
