We developed four age-specific programmes, that encourages children to grow confidence, resilience and self-aware minds. We complemented this work with workshops for both teachers and parents. The Confident Mind™ coaching programmes are designed to help children and learners of all ages build practical mindset skills in non-therapeutic, coaching-focused way.
