For the parents

"Imagine your child preparing to embark on a long, challenging, and uncertain journey...

As a parent, you want to do everything you can - to prepare him, to guide him, and to share the best wisdom you have. You equip him with everything he might need: the finest tools, food for the road, warm clothes, raincoat for storms, and a compass to help him find his way.

You want him to be ready - strong, confident and ready to navigate whatever lies ahead.

Because the journey is real.

We call it "Life".

Our Projects

We have developed four MyMinding Method  programmes to help children and teens build confidence, resilience and self-aware minds. To strengthen this work, we also provide sessions and workshops for teachers and parents, equipping the adults around them with practical mindset toolsThe MyMinding Method is a coaching-focused and non-therapeutic programme, designed to support everyday growth for children, teens, and learners of all ages.

Why
is important

In a world full of pressures, the MyMinding Method  helps children and teens understand their emotions, strengthen their mindset, embrace their unique qualities, and navigate life’s challenges with confidence and resilience.

  • Emotional dysregulation – many children feel overwhelmed by emotions they don’t yet know how to manage.

  • Overexposure to digital screens and social media – constant online connectivity can increase stress, distractibility, and social comparison.

  • Social comparison impacting self-identity – children often measure themselves against peers or unrealistic standards, affecting confidence and self-worth.

  • Academic pressure and performance-related stress – testing, homework, and competition can contribute to anxiety and burnout.

  • Unrealistic social expectation affecting self-esteem – societal messages about success, appearance, and behaviour can erode resilience and self-belief.

How
it works

The MyMinding Method offers personal development and coaching-focused programmes that go beyond traditional academics.

  • Emotional resilience: Learning to manage stress, anxiety, and strong emotions effectively.

  • Confidence and self-esteem. Building a positive self-identity grounded in personal strengths, not comparison.

  • Problem-solving skills: Strengthening critical thinking, decision-making, and adaptability.

  • Social-emotional intelligence: Improving empathy, communication, and collaboration with peers.

  • Mindful engagement: Helping children focus, set goals, and stay motivated in school and beyond.

We help children and teens develop the skills they need to navigate life’s challenges with confidence, resilience,

and a positive mindset.

Why the MyMinding Method Matters:

Children and teens today are growing up in a world filled with complex emotional, social, and digital pressures. The MyMinding Method helps them develop practical life skills, emotional awareness, confidence, and resilience, supporting them to navigate challenges more effectively and grow with a stronger sense of self.

  • Managing Anxiety and Emotions: MyMinding Method, teaches children practical strategies to recognize, understand, and regulate overwhelming emotions, helping them stay calm, focused, and resilient in stressful situations.

  • Healthy Digital Engagement: By fostering self-awareness and mindful habits, Mind Coaching helps children navigate screen time and social media in a balanced way, reducing distraction, stress, and the negative effects of constant comparison.

  • Building a Positive Self-Identity: MyMinding Method encourages children to focus on their personal strengths rather than comparing themselves to peers or unrealistic standards, boosting self-esteem and authentic self-confidence.

  • Coping with Academic Pressure: Students learn problem-solving, goal-setting, and stress-management strategies that enable them to handle homework, tests, and performance expectations with confidence and reduced anxiety.

  • Strengthening Resilience Against Social Expectations: MyMinding Method helps children critically evaluate societal and peer pressures, reinforcing self-belief and resilience in the face of unrealistic expectations about success, appearance, and behaviour.
